O firma trebuie sa fie ca si o persoana, sa aiba pareri, principii, idei, crezuri, sa asculte si sa comunice in permanenta diferentiindu-se astfel, ca si o persoana intr-o colectivitate prin propriile actiuni si fapte. Astfel va reusi sa se impuna, in functie de cum va actiona in mediul din care face parte.</p>
<p>2. Mesajul trebuie transmis in asa fel incat in el sa se regaseasca valorile, misiunea si ideile intreprinderii, de aceea  fiind necesar sa se apeleze la profesionisti. Oricine poate transmite un mesaj informativ, dar pentru a comunica insasi convingerile unei intreprinderi intr-un mod afectiv si cognitiv deopotriva trebuie sa te folosesti de marketing.</p>
<p>3. Mai multe firme ofera aceleasi produse, toti oferind acelasi mesaj pur rational la nivel cognitiv. Diferentierea in ochii consumatorilor poate veni din imaginea, ideile si principiile unei firme cu care ei se pot identifica la un moment dat. Astfel li se ofera alternativa.</p>
<p>4. Cele mai multe produse de azi sunt cumparate nu vandute. Intr-un supermarket de exemplu, cumparatorii vor alege dintrre brandurile oferite. Astfel vanzarea este facuta de brand.</p>
